Who we are

Brainstorm is built by Prime Radiant. You can reach us at contact@primeradiant.com.

What we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and profile picture (via Google sign-in or email verification)
• Conversation content: messages you send and AI responses
• Product artifacts: vision documents, design specs, stories, and sprint plans you create
• Usage data: page views and feature usage (via OpenPanel, when analytics are enabled)
• Server logs: IP address, browser information, and timestamps

How we use your data

• Provide the service: store your work, generate AI responses, and deliver your artifacts
• Improve the service: understand aggregate usage patterns
• Communicate with you: account-related emails only (sign-in codes, important notices)

How your data flows to Anthropic

When you send a message in Brainstorm, it is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. Anthropic's commercial API does not use your data for model training. Anthropic retains API inputs for up to 30 days for safety and abuse monitoring, then deletes them.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Brainstorm:

• Anthropic — AI processing (privacy policy)
• Google — OAuth authentication, if you sign in with Google (privacy policy)
• OpenPanel — usage analytics, when enabled (privacy policy)
• Google Cloud Platform — hosting and infrastructure (privacy notice)

Cookies

Brainstorm uses session cookies to keep you signed in. These are functional cookies required for the service to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can:

• Access your data — request a copy of everything we have
• Delete your account — we will permanently remove all your data (database records, artifacts, and session logs)
• Export your work — download your products and artifacts

Data retention

• Active accounts: your data is retained while your account exists
• Deleted accounts: data is permanently removed within 30 days
• Server logs: retained for 90 days

Children

Brainstorm is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Security

All traffic to Brainstorm is encrypted via HTTPS. Database access is limited to the Prime Radiant team. We do not store sensitive data in client-accessible locations.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Brainstorm after changes constitutes acceptance. We will communicate material changes via email or in-app notice.
